Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
